Swak BPO Corp. in Clark Freeport Zone, Angeles City, Pampanga, seeks an Associate Trainer to join our dynamic team. You will create and maintain training materials, run 7-day training sessions, and support new hires to readiness on the production floor.

The role requires strong teaching and facilitation skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office and SharePoint, and excellent English communication. On-site work with benefits including HMO and meals provided by the company.

Qualifications

• Proven teaching, training, coaching, or facilitation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience using SharePoint or similar document management platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to engage diverse learners and adapt training methods to meet varying needs.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain training materials, job aids, and learning resources.
• Maintain accurate training records and documentation.
• Facilitate 7-day training classes and simulation-based training sessions.
• Provide guidance and support to trainees by answering questions and addressing concerns.
• Enforce the company's policies, procedures, and code of conduct.
• Evaluate trainee performance and ensure readiness for deployment to the production floor.
• Maintain a professional appearance, attitude, and work ethic at all times.
• Collaborate with team members and assist with special projects as assigned.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve training processes and participant engagement.
