Colliers International in the Philippines is seeking a talented research professional to conduct qualitative and quantitative studies for brokers and clients. You will gather information, maintain a database for local publications, and support the Tenant Representation team in market preparation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research studies and reports for brokers and clients.
• Gather information and maintain a database for local research publication and internal use.
• Support the Tenant Representation team in preparing real estate market materials.
• Liaise with real estate partners, government agencies, and other analysts for data sharing.
• Assist in preparing ad-hoc research reports for client pitches and presentations.
• Manage Tenant Representation microsites and Google AdWords campaigns.
