Are you a senior IT professional with deep expertise in network infrastructure, structured cabling and intelligent building systems?

This is a founding leadership role. You will set the strategic direction, build the team and define how IT design is delivered across the business.

As Associate Director for IT at Black & White Engineering in Manila, you will establish and lead a specialist IT design capability within our Global Power Systems and Infrastructure team, delivering high-quality IT design solutions across some of the world’s most technically demanding critical buildings and infrastructure projects.

You will attend client design meetings, support site due diligence activities and witness testing, and present IT design recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Essential Skills and Experience

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, IT or a related field.
• Proven experience in IT design consultancy, including structured cabling, LAN and wireless network design, communication room layout and IP-based security systems.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices, including the implementation and monitoring of measures to protect digital assets.
• Experience integrating IT systems with BMS, EPMS and other building-related services within complex, mission-critical environments.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team, manage budgets and develop a strategic growth roadmap.
• Professional certifications such as Cisco CCNA/CCNP, Microsoft MCSA/MCSE, CompTIA Security+ or ITIL are desirable.
