Are you a senior electrical engineer with a strong background in data centre design looking for a role with genuine global reach? As Senior Electrical Engineer within our Global Engineering Team in Makati, you will work at the heart of how Black & White Engineering develops and maintains its technical standards, supporting design development, standardisation and innovation across the business worldwide.

This is a role for a technically excellent engineer who takes pride in quality, thinks beyond individual projects and wants to influence how great electrical design is done at a global level.

Based in Makati, your primary focus will be supporting the Global Engineering Team across offices worldwide. You will collaborate with engineers and design leads across multiple regions, building relationships and sharing expertise that reaches across the entire Black & White Engineering network.

Essential Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering. Licensed Electrical Engineer status is preferred.
• 7 to 10 years of proven experience in a multidisciplinary design consultancy, with strong data centre design experience.
• Proficiency in electrical systems design including LV power systems, lighting, FDAS, earthing and lightning protection, and ELV systems such as security and telecoms.
• Working knowledge of design software including Dialux, Amtech, ETAP, Navisworks or Bluebeam.
• Sound knowledge of British Standards and relevant international codes and standards applicable to electrical design. Experience with MV power systems is an advantage.
• Proven ability to mentor junior and graduate engineers, with a collaborative approach and strong communication skills.
