Essential Skills and Experience

• Degree qualified in Mechanical, Electrical or a related engineering discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• Chartered Engineer status, or working towards chartership with a recognised professional institution.
• Significant experience delivering building services engineering projects through conceptual, preliminary and detailed design stages.
• Strong understanding of engineering design standards, regulations and industry best practice.
• Experience leading project teams, managing resources and coordinating multidisciplinary stakeholders.
• Strong communication, presentation and client relationship management skills.
