Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• French language fluency mandatory.

• Ability to learn and operate within AI-assisted workflow environments and digital process-management tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage credit and collections activities via phone and email to resolve outstanding balances.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and support debt recovery while maintaining positive customer relationships.
• Monitor high-risk and overdue accounts and implement appropriate collection strategies.
• Ensure timely collection of receivables in line with company policies and payment terms.
• Collaborate with Finance, Customer Service, market teams, and other stakeholders to resolve account-related issues.
• Coordinate with back-office teams to clarify account discrepancies and support issue resolution.
• Escalate complex or sensitive cases appropriately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain a professional, customer-focused approach in all customer interactions and financial discussions.
