Job summary

Medtronic in the Philippines is seeking a Credit & Collections Leader to analyze customer creditworthiness, set limits, and balance sales growth with prudent risk management. You will negotiate terms and advise on financial controls.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 3–5 years in credit or related fields, plus at least one year of people management. Proficiency with AI-enabled productivity tools is a plus, and you will lead a team to optimize collections processes.

• Minimum 1 year of team leadership or people management experience.
• Understanding of workload prioritization, scheduling, coaching, and process execution.
• Broad knowledge of credit, collections, and operational best practices.

Responsibilities

A Day in the Life
