A Day in the Life

• Manage credit and collections activities, including customer communication via phone and email, to resolve outstanding balances.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and support effective debt recovery while maintaining positive customer relationships.
• Monitor high-risk and overdue accounts and implement appropriate collection strategies.
• Ensure timely collection of receivables in line with company policies and payment terms.
• Collaborate with Finance, Customer Service, market teams, and other stakeholders to resolve account-related issues.
• Coordinate with back-office teams to clarify account discrepancies and support issue resolution.
• Escalate complex or sensitive cases appropriately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain a professional, customer-focused approach in all customer interactions and financial discussions.

Required Knowledge and Experience

This is an entry level role with no experience required Requires a Baccalaureate degree. Fluency in either Spanish is a mandatory requirement Requires broad theoretical job knowledge typically obtained by advanced education. Basic digital literacy and adaptability to evolving technologies and AI-assisted ways of working. Ability to learn and operate within AI- assisted workflow environments and digital process-management tools. Demonstrated curiosity toward continuous learning, automation technologies, and modern shared-service operating models.
