Job summary

Top Asia Management Solutions Incorporated in Manila seeks an Operations Supervisor to oversee daily front and back of house activities, ensuring food safety, high food quality, and warm customer service. You will drive efficient workforce management, responsive reporting, and strict policy implementation to support store performance.

The role requires coordinating inventory, supervising team members, and preparing cost and stock reports while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and adherence

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of a 4-year course (HRM, Management, Marketing and Management).
• Preferably with experience working in fast food industry.
• Flexible in working extended hours, peak hours (including nights and early mornings), weekends, and holidays.
• Must has knowledge in Profit & Loss Management.
• Must be people oriented and has good communication skills.
• Must be proactive and has initiative.
• Preferably living in Manila City.

Responsibilities
