Job summary

Chili's Bar & Grill is seeking a capable restaurant operations leader in the Philippines to oversee the smooth flow of store activities during a scheduled shift and to support the General Manager in achieving company objectives.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in F&B Services Management or related field, with at least two years of relevant experience and strong communication and cost-control skills. Willingness to train in Manila and work across concepts is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food & Beverage Services Management or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of related experience.
• Excellent oral and interpersonal communication.
• Knowledge of Local Store Marketing, sales building, and cost control.
• Experience overseeing store operations during a shift; support GM.
• Assistant/Manager experience in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
• Willing to be assigned to any restaurant concepts/affiliates and undergo training in Manila.

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, or equivalent.

• At least 2 years (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

• Excellent in oral communication skills and interpersonal skills.

• Must have a working knowledge of Local Store Marketing techniques, sales building, and a proven track record of controlling costs.

• Oversees the overall smooth flow of store operations for a duration of a scheduled shift. Assists the General Manager in implementing and accomplishing assigned tasks to meet Company objectives.

• With an Assistant Manager / Manager experience specializing in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.

• Willing to be assigned to any of our restaurant concepts/affiliates

• Willing to undergo training in Manila
