Job summary

Revaya in the Philippines is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Area Manager in the day-to-day operations of multifamily properties, including leasing, resident relations, rent collection, and administration while leveraging AppFolio experience.

You will coordinate with teams, maintain property standards, supervise on-site staff remotely as needed, and help drive occupancy and resident satisfaction with a professional and customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in multifamily property management, leasing, or related field.
• Hands-on AppFolio experience required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist leasing and marketing to maximize occupancy.
• Respond to prospects, provide information, schedule tours, and follow up.
• Maintain records in AppFolio and support applications and move-ins.
• Support rent collection and delinquency procedures.
• Coordinate maintenance and vendor communications with on-site teams.
• Provide admin support and ensure property standards.
