Job summary

Revaya in the Philippines is seeking a proactive Lead-to-Lease & AppFolio Support Specialist to manage lead-to-lease processes and day-to-day property operations. You will ensure prompt, accurate responses across AppFolio, AI leasing, listings, email, and phone, maintaining thorough lead records and documented interactions.

The ideal candidate will have robust AppFolio experience, excellent spoken and written English, and the judgment to escalate inquiries when necessary.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience in property management, leasing, lead-to-lease coordination, or an Assistant Property Manager role.
• Hands-on experience using AppFolio for lead management, resident communication, task tracking, or property management operations.
• Excellent spoken and written English, with the confidence to handle inbound calls professionally.

Responsibilities

• Lead-to-Lease Support: Respond to inquiries via AppFolio, phone, email, listings, and other sources.
• Qualify prospective residents using screening criteria and leasing procedures.
• Escalate complex questions to the appropriate Property Manager and monitor unresolved tasks.
• Follow up with prospective residents to reduce missed opportunities.
• AI Leasing triage: review escalated inquiries and route appropriately.
