Cloudstaff Philippines Inc. is seeking a meticulous Property Management & Accounting Assistant to support property management operations, accounting processes, compliance, and admin workflows.

This remote role offers long-term growth, with responsibilities across underwriting, AP, and financial reporting, aligned with US-based standards. You will work with AppFolio, QuickBooks, and Excel, handling vendor invoices, reconciliations, and monthly reporting while ensuring confidentiality and accuracy

Qualifications

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in document handling.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities for multi-task workflows.
• Strong written English communication and professional reporting skills.
• Advanced proficiency with spreadsheets and data entry in AppFolio/QuickBooks contexts.

Responsibilities

• Maintain rental application files and underwriting packages.
• Enter applicant data into the VESA Underwriting Spreadsheet.
• Review applications for completeness and missing docs.
• Update rental pricing in AppFolio after researching markets.
• Handle annual rental registrations and ESA documentation tracking.
• Enter RUBS charges in AppFolio and support move-in/out processes.
• Review and categorize incoming work orders before management review.
• Perform various administrative and operational tasks as assigned.
