Responsibilities

• Assist in updating the Asset Management System for all hospital-owned properties.
• Participate in periodic physical inventory audits to verify asset locations and conditions and recommend properties for disposal.
• Monitor all job orders of medical and non-medical machines, equipment, furniture and fixtures.
• Prepare accountability forms including Property Receiving Reports and document asset transfers, returns, and disposals.
• Maintain accurate physical and digital files for purchase requisitions, warranties, invoices and delivery receipts.
• Assist in checking deliveries against purchase orders to verify quantity, specifications, and damage-free delivery.
• Coordinate with the Purchasing Office for all deliveries to obtain the Purchase Order Form to be attached in invoices.
• Coordinate with the Engineering & Maintenance team to report damaged, broken, or unserviceable equipment.
• Maintain records of STP Water Testing, Hemodialysis and microbiology tests of special areas.
• Monitor expiration of Fire Extinguishers due for refilling.
