Job summary

AC Sacred Heart Medical Center in Pampanga is seeking an Inventory & Asset Management professional to support hospital assets, equipment, and furniture.

You will track assets, participate in periodic physical inventories, monitor job orders, handle documentation, and coordinate with Purchasing and Engineering teams to ensure accurate deliveries and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Track assets: Assist in updating the Asset Management System for all hospital-owned properties
• Conduct counts: Participate in periodic physical inventory audits to verify asset locations and conditions and recommends properties for disposal
• Monitors all Job Orders of medical and non-medical machines, equipment & furniture & fixtures
• Prepares accountability forms like, Property Receiving Reports, Document asset transfers, returns, and disposals.
• Maintain an accurate physical and digital files for purchase requisitions, warranties, and Invoices & Delivery Receipts.
• Inspect deliveries: Assist in checking deliveries against purchase orders to verify quantity, specifications, and damage-free delivery
• Coordinates with the Purchasing Office for all deliveries to get the Purchase Order Form to be attached in the Invoices.
• Coordinates with the Engineering & Maintenance team to report damaged, broken, or unserviceable Medical and non-Medical equipment.
