Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing daily operations across assigned retail locations, ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures and standards
• Support the management of store staffing, scheduling, training and performance management to maintain high levels of customer service
• Monitor and optimise inventory management, stock levels and merchandising across multiple sites
• Ensure adherence to health, safety and security protocols whilst maintaining a clean and organised store environment
• Assist in the implementation of operational improvements and cost-control initiatives to enhance profitability
• Support the resolution of customer complaints and operational issues with a focus on maintaining customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with store managers and senior management to execute promotional activities and seasonal campaigns
• Maintain accurate records, reports and documentation related to store operations, sales performance and staff matters
• Conduct regular store audits and inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and best practices
• Contribute to the development and mentoring of junior staff members and support their professional growth
