Job summary

Contemporain Foods Inc. is seeking a Store Supervisor to assist in the daily management and supervision of store operations, including opening and closing procedures, and to support the management team in implementing company policies, procedures and standards.

You will learn and execute stock management, merchandising and inventory control processes, assist with staff scheduling and training, and provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, retail management, commerce or a related field.
• Strong customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and point-of-sale systems (or willingness to learn).
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Physical capability to perform retail duties including standing for extended periods and lifting merchandise.
• Flexible availability, including willingness to work retail hours (evenings, weekends and public holidays as required).
• A proactive attitude with a strong commitment to professional development.
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to handle challenging situations with composure.
• Previous retail or hospitality experience is advantageous but not essential.
