Job summary

Citistores, Inc. in Nueva Ecija is seeking a capable Retail Store Manager to lead a team of sales associates and drive store performance through coaching, training, and data-driven decision making.

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail management.
• Willing to relocate (Staff house provided by the company)
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to deliver a positive shopping experience.
• Proficient in data analysis and financial management, with the ability to interpret sales reports and make informed business decisions.
• Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with customers, team members, and senior management.
