ORO China Group of Companies is seeking an experienced Retail Operations Manager to oversee the Luzon stores. You will supervise store teams, ensure policy compliance, and drive sales performance across multiple locations.
The role requires travel across Luzon, weekend/holiday flexibility, and a strong focus on process, inventory accuracy, and customer service excellence. Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years in retail operations are expected.
Monitor and oversee the operations of assigned stores within the Luzon region.
Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and visual merchandising standards.
Support store teams in achieving sales targets, productivity, and overall business performance.
Analyze store performance reports and recommend action plans to improve sales and operational efficiency.
Coach, train, and mentor Store Supervisors and Sales Associates to enhance their performance and customer service.
Coordinate with HR, Finance, Inventory, Marketing, and other departments regarding operational concerns and store requirements.
Ensure proper inventory management, stock accuracy, and adherence to security procedures.
Resolve operational issues, customer concerns, and store escalations promptly and professionally.
Assist in store openings, renovations, relocations, and other operational projects as needed.
Prepare and submit timely operational reports, store visit findings, and recommendations to management.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company regulations across all assigned branches.
Perform other duties that may be assigned by management.
Bachelor\'s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or any related field.
At least 3–5 years of experience in retail operations, preferably in jewelry, fashion, luxury retail, or FMCG.
Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role handling multiple store locations.
Experience in sales performance management, operations, and people leadership is an advantage.
Willing to travel frequently and conduct field visits across Luzon area.
Flexible to work during weekends, holidays, or extended hours when business operations require.
Highly organized, results-driven, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced retail environment.
