Job summary

Terranova Clothing Brand is seeking an Operations Manager to support and develop our boutique network across the Philippines.

You will drive commercial performance, ensure premium service standards, mentor Store Managers, and oversee store operations, inventory and visual presentation. This role requires strong leadership, analytical thinking, and travel flexibility to open new boutiques and refresh existing ones.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Area Manager or Store Manager in premium fashion retail.
• Strong leadership and people development skills.
• Excellent commercial awareness with analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive commercial performance and profitability across a portfolio of boutiques.
• Ensure exceptional customer experience and premium service standards in every store.
• Coach, develop and inspire Store Managers and boutique teams to achieve business objectives.
• Monitor and improve KPIs including sales, conversion, average transaction value, UPT, CRM performance and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure consistent execution of visual merchandising and brand standards in accordance with company guidelines.
• Oversee inventory management, stock accuracy and product availability while maintaining premium presentation standards.
• Analyze sales performance, customer trends and business opportunities to maximize results.
• Recruit, train and develop high-performing retail teams.
• Support boutique openings, renovations and special brand events.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures and luxury retail standards.

• Strong leadership and people development skills.
• Excellent commercial awareness with strong analytical abilities.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Ability to make business decisions based on performance analysis.
• High mobility with business travel.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
• English – Upper-Intermediate level or above.
