Job summary

MR DIY Philippines is seeking an AREA MANAGER - NORTH LUZON to lead operations across the North Luzon stores.

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management and bring at least 15 years' field experience, with 8 years in management in F&B or retail. You will drive store maintenance, ensure SOP adherence, coordinate marketing, review forecasts, and prepare reports on sales targets, incidents, and losses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
• At least 15 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably with at least 8 Year(s) of Managerial experience in F&B or Retail Industry
• Required Skill(s): Excellent Organizational, Communication, & Leadership Skills, Coaching Skills, People Management Skills, and Time Management Skills
• Proficient in accounting systems or similar platforms, Microsoft Office
• Ability to beat deadlines and to also perform multiple tasks at the same time
• Strong drive towards fulfilment of company’s goals

Responsibilities

• Ensure all pending store maintenance issues are solved from time to time.
• To ensure all in-store assignments directed / published are executed and complying with SOP.
• To ensure that marketing efforts are consistent across all stores assigned.
• To ensure store assignments adheres to company policy & industry regulations.
• Work closely with the team to establish projects, objectives, timeliness, monitor progress and evaluate performance.
• Creates report & presentation to summarize findings of incidents, unachieved sales targets & high losses.
• Evaluating competitor through market research and survey.
• Researching demands of market research and survey.
• Review, forecast and plan succeeding/future zonal & departmental needs.
• Other job-related tasks may be assigned from time to time.
