The position leads Sales Associates, plans staffing, monitors KPIs, coordinates pop-ups and mall events, manages merchandising and inventory, and trains staff

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Retail Management.
• At least 2 years experience in retail operations or store supervision.
• Experience handling multiple stores or kiosks is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of kiosks, concession stores, and activation sites.
• Ensure store readiness before opening and monitor brand standards.
• Lead Sales Associates; plan staff schedules and deployment.
• Monitor attendance, productivity, and performance; conduct coaching.
• Implement sales strategies, promotions, and monitor KPIs.
• Lead retail activations, events, and post-event reporting.
• Manage merchandising, pricing accuracy, and inventory control.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly driven and hands-on Retail Operations Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our kiosks, concession stores, and retail activation sites.

This role is responsible for ensuring operational excellence, strong sales performance, consistent brand execution, and outstanding customer experience across all retail channels.

Key Responsibilities

Retail Operations Management

• Supervise daily operations of kiosks, concession stores, and activation sites
• Ensure store readiness before opening
• Monitor compliance with company policies, mall regulations, and brand standards
• Conduct regular store visits and audits
• Maintain clean, organized, and customer-friendly stores
• Address operational issues and elevate major concerns when needed

Sales Team Leadership

• Supervise and manage Sales Associates
• Prepare staff schedules and manpower deployment
• Monitor attendance, productivity, and performance
• Conduct coaching and performance evaluations
• Promote teamwork and a customer-focused culture

Sales Execution

• Implement sales strategies and promotions
• Monitor daily sales performance and KPIs
• Drive achievement of sales targets
• Analyze sales trends and recommend improvements

Retail Activations & Events

• Lead operations for pop-ups, mall events, and retail activations
• Manage event setup, staffing, and execution
• Ensure proper merchandising and branding during events
• Coordinate with internal teams and mall administration
• Prepare post-event reports and recommendations

Merchandising & Inventory Control

• Implement planograms and visual merchandising standards
• Ensure correct pricing and product display
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment
• Handle stock transfers and inventory reconciliation
• Investigate discrepancies and ensure inventory accuracy

Customer Experience & Training

• Ensure high standards of customer service
• Handle customer concerns and complaints
• Conduct onboarding and refresher training for staff
• Act as Engraving Trainer and ensure quality standards
• Identify training needs and support employee development

Reporting

• Prepare and submit:
  • Daily Sales Reports
  • Store Visit Reports
  • Inventory Reports
  • Event & Post-Mortem Reports
  • Customer Feedback Reports

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or related field
• At least 2 years experience in retail operations or store supervision
• Experience handling multiple stores or kiosks is an advantage
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
• Willing to travel within Metro Manila
• Willing to work 6 days a week, including weekends and holidays
