Job summary
Grab seeks an Assistant Manager of Business Development to join its Country Business Development and Partnerships team. You will become an expert on Grab's B2B and B2C products and navigate negotiations with partners while reporting to the Lead.
You will be based onsite at our Ortigas office with flexible work arrangements, and coordinate with local and regional teams to drive Grab's growth.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years experience in accounts management or similar relevant experience.
- Ability to track multiple projects and their statuses while executing them.
- Comfortable working under uncertain situations and shifting priorities.
- Ability to shift a pitch towards a new direction mid‑negotiations.
- Familiar with contracts and preliminarily review commercial terms.
- Comfortable presenting to executives.
- Working knowledge of Google Suite.
- Demonstrates Grab values: Heart, Hunger, Honour and Humility.
Responsibilities
- Craft and execute partnerships focused on monetisation, business optimisation, and brand growth.
- Coordinate deals with multiple local and regional Grab teams and external partners.
- Monitor partnership performance and report KPI achievements to the lead.
- Collaborate with teammates to share best practices using common resources.
