Job summary

Grab PH is seeking a Vendor Manager to oversee partner relationships and performance for Grab Support in the Philippines. You will ensure vendors meet SLAs, drive strategic collaboration, and optimize costs while maintaining service quality.

In this role you will manage escalation, contract negotiations, and governance across internal and external vendor operations to support scalable, resilient customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in vendor management or supplier relationship roles.
• Ability to negotiate contracts with multiple suppliers.
• Skill in analyzing performance data and holding vendors accountable.
• Experience in BPO or contact center environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be the escalation point for Grab Support vendors and outsourcers in the Philippines.
• Review vendor performance against OKRs and SLAs; coordinate with Service Delivery to close gaps.
• Manage vendor contracts, pricing, and budgets.
• Ensure accurate invoicing and align with Workforce, Operations, and Data teams.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvements.
• Plan and govern new projects and volume migrations between internal teams and vendors.
• Contribute to Vendor Network Strategy and collaborate with vendor partners.
• Lead BCP, incident response, and ticket governance for Grab Support.
