GEMECO, a packaging company in Metro Manila, seeks an Assistant HR Manager to support the HR Manager in aligning people processes with company goals. You will help implement HR programs, assist in organizational development and performance management, and contribute to training initiatives.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science or Psychology, 5+ years of supervisory HR experience, and strong coaching and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science, Psychology, or related field.
• Over 5 years HR supervisory experience.
• Ability to plan, execute and evaluate HR programs.
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in training needs analysis and organizational development is an advantage.

The Assistant HR Manager will provide support to the HR Manager in ensuring that all aspects of the people management processes are aligned with the objectives and direction of the organization. The position will ensure the successful implementation of various HR programs and deliverables. He/ She will also provide input and assist in enhancing organizational development projects, performance management system and training and development activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Behavioral Science, Psychology, or related course
• More than 5 years HR experience at supervisory level
• Ability to plan, execute and evaluate HR programs
• Excellent in facilitating, coaching, and interpersonal skills
• Experience in training needs analysis, development of training modules and organizational development an advantage
• Highly proficient in Microsoft office application
