GEMECO, a packaging company that manufactures tin cans for infant dietetics, beverages, meat, fish, fruits, vegetables, and other food products, seeks a Strategic HR Manager in Quezon City. You will lead the HR team to ensure people management aligns with company objectives and provides strategic HR support across the organization.

The ideal candidate has a background in Organizational Behavior, Behavioral Science, or Psychology, and at least 8 years of HR managerial experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Organizational Behavior, Behavioral Science, Psychology, or related course
• At least 8 years HR experience at managerial level
• Ability to plan, deliver and evaluate HR systems and organizational development
• Knowledgeable in talent retention, development and succession planning
• Excellent in facilitating, coaching, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledgeable of labor law standards and industrial relations

Responsibilities

• Lead the HR Team in providing appropriate and timely HR services to the organization.

Responsibilities

The Strategic Human Resources (HR) Manager is responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the people management processes are aligned with the objectives of the organization. Will provide support and advice to all levels of the organization for the successful implementation of company programs. Will lead the HR Team in providing appropriate and timely HR services to the organization.
