General Metal Container Corporation of the Philippines (GEMECO) – Quezon City is seeking a Cost Accounting Supervisor to strengthen cost control in a manufacturing environment. The role focuses on collecting and analyzing cost data, setting standard costs, and advancing costing processes.

The ideal candidate has an accounting degree, at least five years in cost accounting supervision, strong leadership, and the ability to communicate across all levels of the organization.

Qualifications

• Must be an Accountancy graduate with a degree in accounting or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as Cost Accounting Supervisor in a manufacturing setup.
• Proven leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Computer literate and able to work well with others across the organization.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Collects and analyzes data about the company's operational cost
• Sets standard costs of manufactured goods
• Establishes costs of business processes
• Supervision of the Cost Accounting Department
• Lead costing process improvement

Requirements

• Candidate must be an Accountancy graduate
• With at least 5 years of experience as Cost Accounting Supervisor in a manufacturing set-up
• With proven leadership skills, problem-solving skills
• Able to communicate to any level in the organization
• Computer literate, with positive work attitude
• Team player and with good interpersonal skills
