In this full-time role you’ll oversee hiring, onboarding, contracts, and evaluations, visiting sites to address concerns and ensure policy adherence. Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s in HR or related field, 8–10 years HR experience including managerial exposure, and strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• 8–10 years HR experience, with 1–2 years in an ASST. HR MANAGER role.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, organizational, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly to different locations.
