Job summary

HKM HR Management Pte. Ltd. seeks an experienced HR Manager to oversee payroll, recruitment, training and employee relations across SEA operations.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
• Min 5 years of relevant working experience
• Good knowledge of labour regulation & practices across Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and China
• Willing and able to travel to regional countries as and when required

Responsibilities

• Handle full spectrum of HR duties including payroll, recruitment, training and employee relations
• Develop HR planning strategies with management to improve HR policies procedures and programs
• Manage and recommends employee relationship practices to establish a positive working environment
• Develops manpower plans based on staffing needs, corporate goals & forecast staff movement, and maximize resources
• Attend regular management meetings and actively participate as a member of the leadership team as required in order to ensure provision of HR perspective and expertise
• Conduct promotion, annual increment and performance appraisal exercise
• Regional experience with some exposure in Malaysia, Indonesia and/or China
• Provide office administration and office & IT support at Singapore head office
• Perform any other duties, tasks & projects which deem fit and reasonable as and when assigned by Management

Education

Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
