Search Personnel Pte Ltd. is seeking an Assistant HR Manager / Senior HR Generalist for a permanent role based in Singapore.

Location: Kallang Place, Singapore
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Salary: S$5,000 – S$6,000 per month, commensurate with experience

Manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, payroll, training, employee relations and performance management.
Develop and implement HR policies, manpower plans and HR strategies aligned with business requirements.
Lead annual performance appraisal, promotion and salary increment exercises.
Provide HR guidance and operational support across Singapore HQ, Malaysia and Batam, Indonesia.
Support compliance with relevant employment regulations and HR practices across regional operations.
Partner with management on workforce planning, employee engagement and organisational matters.
Support Singapore HQ administration and other HR-related projects where required.
Travel regionally when required.
Degree or recognised professional qualification in Human Resource Management or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of relevant full-spectrum HR experience.
Good working knowledge of Singapore employment regulations and HR practices.
Strong experience in recruitment, payroll, employee relations, performance management and general HR operations.
Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder-management and problem-solving skills.
Resourceful, independent and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Experience within a manufacturing or factory environment is preferred but not mandatory.
Regional HR exposure is advantageous but not mandatory.
Candidates without prior manufacturing or regional HR exposure may still be considered if they possess strong generalist HR experience and are able to adapt to a regional operational environment.
