Job summary

Swissôtel Clark in the Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga, part of the Accor group, seeks an experienced F&B Outlet Manager to lead budgeting, forecasting, and profit-enhancement initiatives for the outlet.

You will collaborate with Culinary and Marketing, monitor costs, and drive loyalty program enrollments while maintaining high service standards and a professional HR approach.

Qualifications

Diploma in Hospitality Management/Food & Beverage preferred.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
Good reading, writing and oral proficiency in English.
Ability to speak other languages and basic understanding of local languages is an advantage.
Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

Plan for outlet budget and review revenue and expenditure on a monthly basis.
Analyze and submit month-end reports and identify deviations from business plan goals.
Participate in management meetings to review progress and develop the annual business plan for the outlet.
Plan, implement, and evaluate profit-enhancement initiatives with Cluster F&B Director and other departments.
Implement and maintain control measures to ensure food & beverage costs and labor costs stay in line with budget.

Plan for outlet budget and reviewforecaston revenue and expenditure on monthlybasic.
