Swissôtel Clark, located in the Clark Freeport Zone, seeks an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead daily F&B service and ensure top hospitality standards for guests.

The role involves planning, organizing, and directing the overall F&B operation, with a focus on service excellence, efficiency, and team leadership. Part-time position with competitive benefits and opportunities in a premium hotel environment.

Qualifications

Diploma in Hospitality Management/Food & Beverage preferred.
Additional certification in Food & Beverage will be an advantage.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
Good reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language.
Ability to speak other languages and basic understanding of local languages will be an advantage.
Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint.
High degree of professionalism with sound human resources management and business acumen capabilities.

Job Description

This positionis responsible forthe daily management of F&B Department service, ensuring that the highest standard of F&B service is provided to the Hotel’s guests.

The Food & Beverage Manager plans, organizes anddirectthe overall F&B service operation and administration.

Qualifications

Knowledge and Experience

Diploma in Hospitality Management/Food & Beverage preferred
