The Asset Management Associate is responsible for the effective management and coordination of the Company's building, facilities, supplies, and general administrative services. The position ensures that the workplace is safe, organized, properly maintained, and adequately supported with necessary supplies and administrative resources.
Monitor the overall condition, cleanliness, safety, and proper maintenance of company facilities.
Coordinate building repairs, maintenance, and other facility-related concerns with contractors, suppliers, and service providers.
Monitor and report facility issues requiring immediate attention.
Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules for equipment, facilities, and other company assets.
Assist in monitoring utilities, including electricity, water, internet, and other building-related services.
Coordinate with security and janitorial personnel regarding building operations and workplace concerns.
Assist in processing monthly requests for office and pantry supplies, furniture, fixtures, and office equipment, including inventory monitoring and distribution to branches and departments.
Maintain adequate stocks of commonly used office supplies and coordinate replenishment when necessary.
Prepare and process requests and purchase requisitions for office and facility requirements.
Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, building management, and service providers regarding administrative and facility requirements.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Office Administration, or a related field.
At least 1-2 years of experience in administration, facilities management, office management, or a similar role.
Experience in building/facilities coordination is an advantage.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
Able to manage multiple administrative tasks and priorities.
