Job summary

YTO EXPRESS is seeking an asset management professional to maintain the asset masterlist and inventory records across offices, ensure accurate asset details, and coordinate issuance, transfer, and verification.

The role requires strong organizational skills, MS Excel proficiency, attention to detail, and the ability to work with multiple departments in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, Accounting, Logistics, or a related field.
• Experience in asset management or inventory/logistics is advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for maintaining asset records and preparing reports.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and regularly update the company's asset masterlist and inventory records
• Monitor company assets such as office equipment, IT equipment, furniture, tools, vehicles, and other company-issued properties
• Record asset details including asset number, description, serial number, assigned employee, department, location, condition, and date of issuance
• Prepare and process asset issuance, transfer, return, and acknowledgment documents
• Coordinate the issuance and retrieval of company assets from employees, branches, and departments
• Monitor the movement and transfer of assets between branches, offices, employees, and other company locations
• Conduct and assist in physical asset inventory and periodic asset verification
• Reconcile physical assets against the company's masterlist and report discrepancies, missing assets, or unrecorded items
• Monitor the condition and status of company assets and coordinate concerns requiring repair, replacement, or disposal
• Prepare periodic asset inventory and utilization reports for management review
