Responsibilities

• Perform counts and ensure inventory is accounted for and reported according to policy.
• Maintain updated and accurate inventory records including transfers and cycle counts.
• Perform critical inventory tasks to ensure correct stock levels.
• Review documentation and monitor product codes for discrepancies between stock and records.
• Manage cycle counts of inventories regularly.
• Respond to purchase orders and analyze data to determine appropriate order quantities.
• Keep updated inventory records including shipments.
• Prepare and file inventory summaries monthly.
• Coordinate with departments regarding inventory and asset concerns.

Job description

The position holder has the following duties and responsibilities:

Key Accountabilities:

• 1. Perform counts and ensure all inventory is accounted for and reported according to accompany policy.
• 2. Maintain updated and accurate records of inventory including transfer and cycle counts.
• 3. Perform critical inventory tasks to ensure the correct number of items are in stock
• 4. Review documentation and monitor product codes to seach for discrepancies between stock and records.
• 5. Manage cycle counts of inventories on a regular basis.
• 6. Respond to purchase orders, collect and analyze data to determine appropriate order quantities.
• 7. Keep updated inventory records (including shipments)
• 8. Prepare generate and file summary of inventories monthly
• 9. Coordinates / communicates with departments regarding inventory /asset concerns.

QUALIFICATION:

• 1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelors /College Degree
• 2. At least 2 years of working experience in related field.
• 3. High integrity and history of trust with all previous companies worked at.
• 4. Lean Six Sigma Certification preferred
• 5. Very detailed and meticulous
• 6. Problem Solver, Has goof business judgement leadership qualities.
• 7. Can work with minimal supervision.
• 8. Good communication and presentation skills (written and spoken).
