Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 2 years in a related field.
• High integrity and trusted record.
• Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.
• Very detailed and meticulous.
• Strong problem solving and business judgment.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Good communication and presentation skills (written and spoken).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite.
• Familiarity in the Medical Industry preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Willingness to work in Manila and travel for site inspections.

Responsibilities

• Perform counts and ensure inventory is accounted for and reported according to policy.
• Maintain updated and accurate inventory records including transfers and cycle counts.
• Perform critical inventory tasks to ensure correct stock levels.
• Review documentation and monitor product codes for discrepancies between stock and records.
• Manage cycle counts of inventories regularly.
• Respond to purchase orders and analyze data to determine appropriate order quantities.
• Keep updated inventory records including shipments.
• Prepare and file inventory summaries monthly.
• Coordinate with departments regarding inventory and asset concerns.
