Job Roles and Responsibilities:

• Control and supervise the approval and disbursement of personal assets such as mobile phones, IDATA, portable label printers, trolleys, weighing nets, etc., in order to deliver assets in a timely manner according to the needs of each department and efficiently.
• Control, analyze and supervise the asset counting of all departments within the company and its affiliates. And summarize the data sent to the Asset Data department to ensure that the data is accurate and consistent in the company's storage system
• Supervise and verify the accuracy of the database of all mobile phone numbers of the Company and its affiliates.
• Contact, coordinate and maintain relationship. with external companies that are mobile phone signal providers in order to receive competitive advantages and be able to support the work of each department in the company
• Control and supervise the telephone signal operation. to be able to meet the needs of the departments within the company
• Track work and giving advice to subordinates to be able to understand the work system and have effective operations
• Support other tasks assigned by supervisors or the company.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, IT, or any related field.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in asset management, inventory control, telecom coordination, or related administrative/operations roles.
• Strong knowledge of asset monitoring, inventory auditing, and database management.
• Experience in handling company-issued assets such as mobile phones, technical equipment, and operational tools is an advantage.
• Familiarity with telecom coordination and vendor management is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and reporting consistency.
• Good coordination and communication skills to work effectively with internal departments and external service providers.
• Leadership or supervisory experience with the ability to guide and monitor team performance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience in asset management systems or ERP systems is an advantage.
• Mandarin language proficiency is required (both written and verbal communication).
• Willing to work fully onsite in McKinley, Taguig, Monday to Friday.
