Job Detail
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Asset (Construction & Fleet) Admin / Coordinator to support the administration, tracking, and coordination of company assets, construction equipment, and fleet vehicles. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate records, coordinating maintenance schedules, monitoring asset utilization, and ensuring compliance with company policies and operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update asset registers, fleet records, and equipment databases.
- Track the allocation, movement, and condition of construction assets and fleet vehicles.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance, repairs, registrations, inspections, and servicing schedules.
- Monitor vehicle and equipment utilization and prepare regular reports.
- Process purchase requests, work orders, invoices, and asset-related documentation.
- Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, mechanics, and internal stakeholders regarding asset and fleet requirements.
- Ensure all vehicle registrations, insurance policies, permits, and compliance documents are current and properly filed.
- Support inventory management, asset audits, and stock-taking activities.
- Prepare reports related to asset performance, maintenance costs, and fleet operations.
- Assist in implementing asset management processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in asset management, fleet coordination, construction administration, logistics, or a similar role.
- Experience working within construction, engineering, transport, or fleet operations is highly preferred.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Experience using asset management, fleet management, ERP, or inventory systems is an advantage.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
