Job summary

enablesGROUP in Ortigas, Pasig seeks a highly organized Asset Admin / Coordinator to support administration, tracking, and coordination of company assets, construction equipment, and fleet vehicles. This role maintains accurate records and schedules maintenance.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree and at least 2 years' experience in asset management or logistics, with strong Excel skills and a proactive mindset for process improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in asset management, fleet coordination, construction administration, logistics, or a similar role.
• Experience in construction, engineering, transport, or fleet operations preferred.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP or inventory systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update asset registers, fleet records, and equipment databases.
• Track allocation, movement, and condition of construction assets and fleet vehicles.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance, repairs, registrations, inspections, and servicing schedules.
• Monitor vehicle and equipment utilization and prepare reports.
• Process purchase requests, work orders, invoices, and asset-related documents.
• Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, mechanics, and internal stakeholders regarding asset and fleet requirements.
• Ensure vehicle registrations, insurance, permits, and compliance documents are current.
• Support inventory management, asset audits, and stock-taking activities.
• Prepare reports related to asset performance, maintenance costs, and fleet operations.
• Assist in implementing asset management processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
