Job summary

Orica Digital Solutions is seeking a Business Development Lead to grow the Geosolutions In‑Situ business across Asia. You will own the regional sales plan, lead new business development, and drive the commercialization of a multi-stack geotechnical portfolio including hardware, software, services and monitoring solutions.

You will travel up to 50% across the region, work with internal stakeholders on bids, and build trusted relationships with customers and partners.

Qualifications

• Proven business development and sales capability in complex, solution-based environments.
• 5+ years of progressive commercial business development or sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the regional sales and business development plan, including account priorities, pipeline, forecasting and growth targets.
• Lead new business development to grow the customer base in the region.
• Drive commercialization of a multi-stack geotechnical solutions portfolio, spanning hardware, software, services, and monitoring solutions.
• Execute sales and business development plans, ensuring consistency across the region while adapting to market-specific dynamics.
• Communicate with management via commercial sales management pipeline and forecasting meetings.
• Manage and maintain integrity of data input to ensure pipeline reporting is accurate.
• Maintain sales process discipline outlining wins/losses, key project focus, opportunities, progress and next steps for assigned regions and market segments.
• Understand the competitor landscape and identify where our value drivers align to commercial accounts needs.
• Provide intelligence to assist marketing to focus resources for future offerings.
• Maintain market trends and communicate impacts to regional teams.
• Work with internal stakeholders during bid management including internal briefing packs and proposals.
