Job summary

Orica seeks a Lead – Finance Business Partner (Global Support) to partner with Technology & Innovation in Manila. You will transform financial data into actionable insights, drive budgets and forecasts, and support transformation programs with cost-conscious governance.

The role operates on a hybrid model (2 days in BGC office) and requires strong analytical skills, stakeholder collaboration, and global business experience. Orica promotes inclusion and development across regions.

Qualifications

• A tertiary qualification in Accounting or Business and a CA/CMA/CPA designation.
• At least five years postgraduate experience in accounting, finance, or a related discipline.
• Experience in a large, global business is preferred.
• SAP knowledge is essential; experience with BPC, BI on HANA or HFM is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and analyse financial and management reports for leaders with clear performance insights.
• Coordinate annual budgets and periodic forecasts with cost centre owners.
• Provide financial advice to drive informed business decisions and manage expenditures.
• Reconcile reports with core systems (SAP) and support governance and compliance.
