• AS/400 OS management across the organization.
• Ensure stability, security, and performance of AS/400 systems.
• Manage AS/400 OS-related incidents and root cause analysis.
• Deploy patches and updates to keep AS/400 systems secure.
• Monitor performance and report on compliance and risk.
• Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to select tools.
• Support budget and resource planning for IT services.
