• Hands-on with AS/400 components and related tech stack.
• Equivalent combination of qualifications and experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• AS/400 OS Management: Deploy, configure, and maintain AS/400 OS across the organization.
• Incident & problem management: resolve OS-related issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Patch & update management: apply updates and coordinate security patches.
• Performance monitoring and optimization: monitor, analyze trends, and report to leadership.
• Vendor & stakeholder management: collaborate with vendors and ensure SLAs.
• Budget & resource management: assist with related budgeting.
