Job summary

AIA Digital+ is seeking an Operating System Support (AS/400) Consultant to ensure system availability and minimize business impact from IT outages. The role covers AS/400 OS deployment, configuration, security, patching, performance monitoring, and collaboration with vendors to meet SLAs.

You will work within AIA Digital+ in the PH region, contributing to reliability and efficiency across AS/400 environments while supporting budget and resource planning for ongoing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and maintain AS/400 OS across the organization.
• Manage AS/400 OS incidents and perform root cause analysis.
• Coordinate patching to keep AS/400 systems secure and updated.
• Monitor AS/400 performance and propose optimization measures.
• Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to meet SLAs.
• Assist in budget and resource planning for AS/400 support.
