Job summary

AIA Digital+ is seeking an experienced AS/400 Systems Administrator in Metro Manila to ensure availability, reliability, and security of AS/400 environments. You will manage incidents, deploy patches, monitor performance, and coordinate with vendors and teams to optimize tools and technologies.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in AS/400/iSeries administration, strong CL/RPG/DB2 skills, and a Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field. Hybrid or on-site work arrangements may apply per policy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related discipline.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in IT/infrastructure support.
• Hands-on experience with AS/400/iSeries environments and related components.

Responsibilities

• Manage AS/400 OS-related issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Deploy patches and updates to keep AS/400 systems secure.
• Monitor performance of AS/400 systems and optimize reliability.
• Prepare reports on OS support operations and risk management for leadership.
• Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to evaluate AS/400 tools and technologies.
