Job summary

Magna Prime Chemical Technologies, Inc. is seeking asenior sales operations role to oversee the overall area performance and its development.

You will be responsible for attaining targets, executing strategic sales plans, and conducting monthly business reviews with DSP to ensure alignment with GTD goals. You will endorse operational issues of support teams, review KPIs for distributors, and conduct regular visits to accounts.

Responsibilities

Oversee overall area performance and its development
Attain set targets
Execute strategic sales plans and activities
Conduct monthly business reviews with DSP
Submit weekly highlights to GTD
Endorse operational issues of support teams (Supply chain, Credit and Collection)
Attain KRA/KPI (DSP and Distributor)
Execute area tactical objectives and action plans
Review DSP KPIs and Distributor KPIs
Analyze and manage distributor inventory reports monthly
Review sell-out reports for GTD
Monthly sales reviews with DSP
Collect direct customers of MPCTI
Endorse prospect distributors
Develop new customers with DSP
Identify key areas for improvement in sales generation
Endorse DES, RFCM, RGAS for GTD approval
Visit accounts
Fill up credit/upgrade sheets
Review KPI of Distributors
Review Class A, B and C accounts
Request BPP for GTD approval
Train DSP
Check warehouse keeping practices
Execute efficient and effective operations and logistics
Conduct seminars and training to stores and customers.
