Magna Prime Chemical Technologies, Inc. is seeking a sales administrator/manager to oversee the Davao region. You will drive area performance, execute sales plans, and conduct regular reviews with DSPs, ensuring targets are met and processes run smoothly.

You will train DSPs, visit accounts, endorse necessary approvals, and develop new customers while monitoring KPI results and distributor inventories. The role emphasizes logistics efficiency and proactive issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall area performance and its development.
• Attain set targets.
• Execute strategic sales plans, programs and activities.
• Conduct monthly business reviews with DSPs.
• Submit Weekly Highlight reports to GTD.
• Endorse operational issues of support teams (Supply chain, Credit and Collection).
• Attain KRA/KPI for DSPs and Distributors.
• Execute area tactical objectives and action plans.
• Review DSP KRA/KPI.
• Analyze and manage distributor inventory reports monthly.
• Review monthly sell-out reports for GTD submission.
• Hold monthly Sales reviews with DSPs.
• Collect direct customers of MPCTI.
• Endorse prospect distributors.
• Develop new customers with DSP.
• Identify key areas for improvement in sales generation.
• Endorse DES, RFCM, RGAS for GTD approval.
• Visit all accounts.
• Fill up credit/upgrade sheets.
• Review Distributor KPIs and Class A/B/C accounts.
• Request BPP approval from GTD.
• Train DSPs.
• Check warehouse keeping practices.
• Execute efficient and effective operations and logistics.
• Conduct seminars and training for stores and customers.
