Responsibilities

• Oversee overall area performance and development.
• Attain the set target and implement area tactical objectives.
• Execute monthly/periodic reviews with distributors and direct customers.
• Review KPI of distributors and sell-out reports for GTD approval.
• Train DSPs and endorse prospect distributors for GTD.
• Ensure efficient operations and logistics across stores and accounts.
• Monitor warehouse practices and perform regular account visits.
