Reporting & Analysis: Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to provide feedback to higher management.
Inspection and Audit: On a weekly basis, the supervisor conducts spot inspections and audit in all stores.
Review the manual sales report of Senior Cashier Staff.
Review of propose schedule of store staff by Senior Cashier Staff.
Assist and review the stock management of Aggregator (Grabfood & Foodpanda).
Make sure to update the Aggregator Price and Product Image & Description.
Assess the corresponding incident report if there's any, as well as Authority to deduct for any cash shortage and other mode of payment.
