Anta Sports Philippines Inc. is seeking a capable Sales Manager to lead store operations across a defined area in Metro Manila.

You will manage, train, and guide the sales team to achieve monthly and yearly targets, gather area data, and coordinate with store leaders to optimize stock and promotions. You will ensure area stores reflect promotion standards, support new store openings with Business Development, monitor inventories, and conduct regular meetings to drive performance and customer

Responsabilidades

• Managing, training, and providing overall guidance to the sales team of an assigned area
• Monitoring the performance of the sales team and motivating members to meet or exceed sales targets
• Offering consultation and recommendations to store managers on overcoming operations challenges
• Review sales policies and update policies and curriculum as needed
• Ensure the responsible area to achieve monthly and yearly sales target
• Gathering and consolidating sales data from the area, do the initial analysis and send to Consignment Manager
• Stock management, ensure the availabilities of the stock in area stores
• Ensure the display of the area stores aligned with quarterly/monthly promotion standard
• Responsible for the image of area stores, ensure promotion to be executed in each area store
• Coordinate with Business Development team for the new store opening
• Monitor store inventories, conduct monthly and quarterly inventory checking and monitoring
• Provide continuously training to the store managers to improve their capabilities in terms of store display and operation, knowledge for the product and service
• Following Retail Operation standard, set up and optimize area standard for management process and policies
• Monitor and improve the performance of store staff to serve the customers and meet sales target
• Regular meeting with store managers to ensure the smooth operation
• Other task that may assigned by Retail Operation Department from time to time

Job Description
